A small gold initial charm you add to a chain to create your own personalised initial necklace. Choose any letter from A to Z, wear one on its own, or combine several letters or charms to spell out names and initials that matter to you.

Every letter of the alphabet, A to Z. Select your letter from the drop-down before adding to basket. If you want several letters, add each one separately.

Each letter is approximately 6mm to 14mm high and 5mm to 9mm wide, depending on the letter. That is a dainty, everyday size that sits neatly on a fine chain without overpowering it.

No, the charm is sold on its own. Add it to the Dainty Chain, Rolo Chain, Satellite Bead Chain or Singapore Twist Chain (each 45cm with a 4cm extender), or choose the Alphabet Necklace, which comes with the charm already on a satellite bead chain.

It is not solid gold. It is recycled stainless steel with a 14k gold PVD finish, which is bonded to the steel in a vacuum process. That makes it much harder wearing than traditional gold plating, so it keeps its colour with daily wear at a fraction of the price of solid gold.

Yes. It is water, sweat and heat resistant, so you can shower, exercise and swim in it. The PVD finish resists tarnish and fading, and a rinse in fresh water after chlorine or sea water keeps it bright.

Most people wear one to three. A single initial looks clean and minimal, while two or three letters (a partner's and children's initials, for example) still sit comfortably on one chain. Mixing a letter with a heart or evil eye charm also works well.
